Introduction
The Ring Ring Company portal allows you to access to our products and to configure and manage the access rights to these products.
The purpose of this documentation is to present the different features of the portal.
How to obtain your credentials
You should request your initial access to support@ringring.be based on your email address. You’ll receive an email to activate your account and define your password of your account.
Forgotten username or password
If you forget your username or password, this is possible to reset them based on your email address from the login page.
Sign out
Once signed in, you can sign out via the right menu that is available clicking on the username.
The profile button on the right menu allows you to edit your profile. This is possible to update your email address, phone numbers, and change your password.
Please note that you cannot change your username.
You can also subscribe to the status report about RingRing services.
Access to the applications
Once logged in, you can access the different applications from the home page or via the left navigation.
From the top of the page, you can access the products of The Ring Ring Company with one click on the related icon.
The Products are also available from the left navigation:
Below on the main page, You can also access to the add-ons with one click on the related icon.
The add-ons are also available from the left navigation:
And you can also access to the custom applications (if any has been implemented for your account).
Administration features
The administration features are available depending on the role of your user.
The available features are:
- User Management
- List of the sub-accounts available
- Overview of the users’ accesses
These features are available via the left navigation menu.
User management
User with the roles Admin or Manager are able to manage the users that are linked to the account.
Depending on your role, the following features are available:
- Add a new user
- Select the sub-account for which you’re managing users
- Check if the user confirmed their access via the link in the email sent by the portal
- Edit the information of a user
- Delete a user
- Reset the password of a user.
- Manage application access for the user
- Search for a user based on his username, or name
A user is defined with the following fields:
- Username: which cannot be modified after creation of the user
- Firstname
- Lastname
- Language
- Email address
- Mobile number (not mandatory)
- Work number (not mandatory)
- Role. The roles available are described below in this document
- Application access:
- All: if you want the user to have access to all the applications
- Custom: If you want to specify to which application the user should have access.
Reset password
When the admin decides to reset the password of a user, the user will receive an email to change his password himself.
Application access management
This is possible to add access to application to the user, depending on the application you can also add a specific role for the user if needed.
List of the existing sub-accounts
As an admin of the account, you can see the status of all existing sub-accounts.
A sub-account is useful if your activities are split between several departments, and/or if you want to split the users of your company across several sub-accounts.
The reports of the usage of RingRing products will also be split by sub-accounts.

Overview of application access
As an admin, this is possible to review the access of all users at once.
Summary of user roles
There are different user roles available, the roles are used to manage user rights.

- Has the right to manage users for the account or for sub-accounts

- Has the right to manage the application access for the users of the account or sub-account

- Has the right to manage the users for his own account
- Has the right to access to all products and add-ons available
- Has the right to manage the application access for the users of the account or sub-account

- Has the right to access to applications and/or add-ons
- Has the right to access to applications and/or add-ons

Agent
- Has the right to access the applications and/or add-ons with restricted access
- Has the right to access the applications and/or add-ons with restricted access

Financial Manager
- Has the right to access the applications related to billing
