Maybe it's been a while since you last logged in, or maybe somebody left the company and the new employee does not have any credentials to log in to Portal. Let's go over some situations:
No Password, but you do know the username
- In the login screen, click "Forgot Password?".
- Fill in your username and click "Retrieve Password".
- You will receive a mail with a link to reset your password
No username, no password, but you do know the E-mail address.
- In the login screen, click "Forgot username?".
- Fill in your E-mail address and click "Retrieve username(s)".
- You will receive a mail with your username.
- Now, go back to your login screen and click "Forgot Password?".
- Fill in your username and click "Retrieve Password".
- You will receive a mail with a link to reset your password
No username, no password, no E-mail address.
Ask an Admin user of your account to create a user for you.
If you don't know the Admin user of your account : contact support@ringring.be and we will lookup the Admin user of your account.
RingRing will only create users on request or with consent of an Admin user.
