How to limit application access for your users.

When delegating tasks to your employees, you might also choose to limit what they can do or see in Portal.  Maybe you want to deny access to a certain application?  Or maybe you don't want to show the phone numbers in message insight? 

To manage the application access, in the users screen, click the application access button (7).


You should now see a screen like this:


To deny a user access to an application, simply click the trashcan and delete that application for that specific user.  To give the user another role, click the edit button (pencil) and select a different role.  The role will determine what the user can do and see in that specific application. 

Not all applications support roles.  Applications that don't support roles, will be marked with "N/A" in the role column.
