Make.com allows you to create automation based on events.
You can easily integrate Message API webhooks in it to receive incoming SMS.
This page will guide you through the creation of the webhook on Make.com and how to add it on RingRing portal.
1. Create the custom webhook trigger and retrieve the URL
If you want to integrate the Incoming SMS sent by Message API you will need to create a "Custom Webhook" trigger. This can be created directly in a New Scenario or you can do it via the Webhook menu.
Once that' you've selected it, you will have to "Create a webhook":
Now you should be able to copy the URL of the webhook:
2. Add the URL into Message API
Now go into Message API on RingRing and in the Settings of the concerned application add the URL into the "Incoming webhook" part:
3. Use data from Webhook
Once that you've integrated the Incoming Webhook and started your scenario you will be able to integrate the information sent by our API in Make.com ; the following elements will be available :
You can send emails, send Teams message, update Google forms, etc.
