Via the Report Page you can find the different mailing that you created.
When clicking on the details button of one mailing, you will see the detailed report of your mailing. You can see the SMS that you received in response to your messages by selecting "Received" in the filter.
With that filter you will see the list of SMS that you received in response of your original SMS. You can click on the button "Send one SMS" to reply directly to the number who replied to you.
Clicking on that button will open a popup where you can send a SMS in direct:
