How to create a support ticket

There are many ways to contact us.  Creating a support ticket is by far the most efficient way for us to help you.  It also provides us with a "history" of tickets that you create, which sometimes helps in solving the problem or getting more context.

To create a ticket, click "Submit ticket" on the top menu.

Next, fill in all the details and describe your problem / question as acurate as possible.  The bottom checkbox is there to make sure we are not getting spammed by robots.

Once your ticket is sent, it will be picked up by our support team.  We can not guarantee any response time.  However, most of the time, we will respond within the hour.  Much depends on the type of your request, how much information that we need to look up and how busy we are.  See below our current (15/11/2017) graph of response time:

If you, don't get any response after an hour, don't be alarmed. We value customer service above all else and take each and every support ticket very seriously.  We will always respond as soon as possible.
