My SMS is not delivered.

There are many reasons why an SMS is not delivered.

Start by checking the status of delivery in Message Insight. Depending on the code, you can easily find out why it was not delivered.

The most common reasons are:

  • phone is shut down during the entire retry process of the operator

  • phone is out of reach during the entire retry process of the operator

  • phone is frozen/bugged during the entire retry process of the operator

  • the end-user has not renewed his prepaid card/paid his bill
