In several area's, like Email Square or User Management, you will see the status of a certain mail.
Here is an overview of what those statuses mean:
|We have received the request and sent it to the email provider
|We received confirmation from the email provider that the mail was delivered
|We received the confirmation from the email provider that the end-user has opened the mail
|We received the confirmation from the email provider that the end-user has clicked on one of the links in the mail
|We have sent the mail to the email provider
|The mail is on hold at the email provider and will be handled later
|The mail was refused by the email operator
|The email provider has dropped the email when the contact on that email is in one of your suppression groups, the recipient email previously bounced, or that recipient has marked the email as spam.
