How to check your monthly voice usage

When you open Voice Analytics, go to "Reports > By Month".  

You will see a graph and a report.



Here is an explanation of the terms:

Incoming Calls: Calls that are arriving on our IVR platform.

Transfer: A call has arrived at our IVR and is being transferred to you

Notification: Outgoing calls

Routing: a call comes in and is automatically routed to another number (deprecated, is replace by an "Incoming + Transfer".  Routing will eventually disappear from this report)
